Many people 
mistakenly believe that time management is about doing more 
tasks and activities in a day. Time management is actually to do important things.
It’s also about learning to do things efficiently. Here’s how:
1. Focus.
Write the important things in your life. At home, attach it to your 
refrigerator. At work, stick it on your computer monitor.
2. Write it down.
if you’re working on a task and suddenly you remember to do 
something write it down in the notebook.
3. Keep a daily to-do list.
Write down the most important 12 things you need 
to do tomorrow.
