Optional Activity 6 Play “It’s brown and yellow”. 
Objective: to consolidate the conjunction “and”
Take a painted picture where the pupil painted an animal in 
two colours. show the picture to the class and remind the chil-
dren how to say two colours of one animal with the conjunction 
“and”. For example, ‘i’ve got a sheep. it’s brown and yellow’.
Homework:  
explain to the pupils that at home they should complete draw-
ing and colouring the pictures on the right hand page. Ask them 
to remember and say the sentences about what animals they have 
and their colours.
