Name that hurricane

The name Katrina was in the news in 2005. Katrina wasn`t a person but the name given to the hurricane that caused widespread destruction at the end of August. The names of hurricanes are chosen from a list selected by the World Meteorological Organization. Each name on the list starts with a different letter. The name of the first hurricane of the season starts with the letter A, the next with the letter B, the next with the letter C and so on. The letters Q, U, X, Y and Z are not used for Atlantic Ocean hurricanes because there aren`t many names that stars with those letters. For Atlantic Hurricanes, the names can be French, Spanish or English, since these are the major languages of the countries on the Atlantic Ocean in the areas where hurricanes occur.
