Founded in 2003, Sam-Negin LLC. is one 
of the largest manufacturers of recycled 
PET fibers among the CIS countries. The 
fibre production capacity is more than 50 
tons per day. We also produce non-woven 
materials, geotextiles, synthetic winterizing, 
floor coverings, dispersion adhesives, non-
woven fabrics and products for the shoe 
industry. The production process of each 
product was based on improving the quality 
of production, increasing the volume of
