Introduction
This work is devoted to get information about history of balladas as well as today`s balladas in the world of literature. Additionally, Robin Hook balladas will be covered clearly.


The purpose of this study is to find out valuable information about the origins of balladas and the importance if them in the world of literature and the impact of Robin Hook to the balladas in literature.
The subject of this work is to being aware from the innformation about the historey, today and future of balladas, Robin Hook balladas and other balladas which have a great impact on the world of literature.
To achieve this goal, it is planned to solve a number of tasks:
- to review the scientific information on the history of balladas;
- describe and analyze what ballada actually is;
- highlight the basic concepts of balladas;
- identify differences of ballada with other literary types;
- state the fundamental principles of balladas which make it different from other genres;
- considering the ideas of scientists on the work of Robin Hook;
- describe the techniques and strategies of Robin Hook balladas.
The following research methods were used in the work: a descriptive method, an analytical method, a method of analysis of translation transformations to identify the methods and strategies used, as well as the method of quantitative calculations.
The work is structured as follows: introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. Each chapter consists of sections arranged in accordance with the logic of the study.
