Uzbekistan celebrates 30th anniversary of independence

An event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence was organized in the New Uzbekistan Park.
The 30th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence was celebrated with a solemn ceremony in the New Uzbekistan Park.
In his speech at the ceremony, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that the Uzbek people have for centuries dreamed of a free life and a just society, fought valiantly for this sacred goal and overcame difficulties.
“On August 31, 1991, a great historical event took place, which was a turning point in the life and destiny of our country. Our people, who for centuries have looked to the future with great hope and confidence and have always lived patiently, have realized their greatest dream by building an independent state, ”Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
In his speech, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, referring to the events in Afghanistan, said that he supports the establishment of peace and stability in Afghanistan, and is watching the recent events there with concern.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed confidence that Afghanistan could serve as a bridge to strengthen ties between the Central and South Asian regions.
"We adhere to the principles of friendship and good neighborliness and non-interference in internal affairs in our relations with Afghanistan. We consider it very important that the country is governed by peace, taking into account the universally recognized norms of international law," Mirziyoyev said.
The celebration of the 30th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence was held for the first time this year in front of the Mustaqillik Monument, designed by Turkish designer Sinan Turaman and built by Turkish companies.
The Independence Monument created by Turaman reflects the 3,000-year history of the Uzbek people. At the front and back of the monument are statues of great personalities, including Amir Temur, the founder of the Timurid Empire, Al-Khwarizmi, the father of algebra and algorithm, and Ulugbek, the 4th Sultan of the Timurid Empire. At the top of the monument there is a picture of Huma, which is also on the coat of arms of Uzbekistan.
The wonderful holiday ceremony, which featured Uzbek folk dances and various performances, ended with a muscle shoot.

Those who made a great contribution to the development of the country on the occasion of Independence Day Sh. According to the decree signed by Mirziyoyev, he was awarded a state award and a medal.On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence, the country has announced a five-day holiday.

O'zbekiston mustaqilligining 30 yilligi "Yangi O'zbekiston" bog'ida tan-tanali marosim bilan nishonlandi.
Marosimda qilgan nutqida davlat rahbari Shavkat Mirziyoyev o'zbek xalqining asrlar davomida erkin hayot va adolatli jamiyatni orzu qilganiga, bu muqaddas maqsad uchun mardonavor kurashganligiga, qiyinchiliklarni yenganiga diqqat qaratdi.
“1991 yil 31 avgustda mamlakatimiz hayoti va taqdirida burilish nuqtasi bo'lgan buyuk tarixiy voqea yuz berdi. Asrlar mobaynida kelajakka katta umid va ishonch bilan qaragan va har doim sabr-toqat bilan yashab kelgan xalqimiz mustaqil davlatini barpo etish bilan eng buyuk orzusini amalga oshirdi”, - dedi Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev o'z nutqida Afg'onistondagi voqealarga ishora qilib, Afg'onistonda tinchlik va barqarorlik o'rnatilishini qo'llab-quvvatlashini, bu erda so'nggi voqealarni xavotir bilan kuzatayotganini ta'kidladi.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev Afg'oniston Markaziy va Janubiy Osiyo mintaqalari o'rtasidagi o'zaro aloqalarni mustahkamlashda ko'prik vazifasini o'tashi mumkinligiga ishonishini aytgan.
"Biz Afg'oniston bilan munosabatlarimizda do'stlik va yaxshi qo'shnichilik va ichki ishlarga aralashmaslik tamoyillariga amal qilamiz. Bu mamlakatda umume'tirof etilgan xalqaro huquq normalarini hisobga olgan holda, tinchlik asosida boshqarilishi juda muhim deb hisoblaymiz”, degan Sh. Mirziyoyev.
O'zbekiston mustaqilligining 30 yilligiga bag'ishlangan bayram bu yil birinchi marta turk dizayner Sinan Turaman tomonidan loyihalashtirilgan va turk kompaniyalari tomonidan qurilgan "Mustaqillik yodgorligi" oldida o'tkazildi.
Turaman tomonidan yaratilgan Mustaqillik yodgorligi o'zbek xalqining 3000 yillik tarixini aks ettiradi. Yodgorlikning old va orqa tomonida buyuk shaxslarning haykallari, shu jumladan Temuriylar imperiyasi asoschisi Amir Temur, algebra va algoritmning otasi Al-Xorazmiy va Temuriylar imperiyasining 4-sultoni Ulug’bek haykali joy olgan. Yodgorlikning eng yuqori qismida O'zbekiston gerbidan ham o’rin olgan Huma qushi tasvirlangan.
O'zbek xalq raqslari va turli spektakllar namoyish etilgan ajoyib bayram marosim mushaklar otilishi bilan yakunlandi.
Mamlakatda 5 kunlik dam olish kuni e'lon qilindi
Mustaqillik bayrami munosabati bilan vatan ravnaqiga katta hissa qo'shganlar Sh. Mirziyoyev imzolagan farmon asosida davlat mukofoti va medal bilan taqdirlandi.
O'zbekiston mustaqilligining 30 yilligi munosabati bilan mamlakatda 5 kunlik dam olish kuni e'lon qilindi.
