The management of the development of the higher education system can be 
effective only if modern educational technologies, innovative methods of teaching 
and learning (primarily multimedia technologies, Internet technologies, etc.) are 
used

In addition, in the management system of higher professional education, a 
special place is occupied by the development of new legal acts that will correspond 
not only to the Uzbek socio-cultural situation, but also to the needs of society. They 
will also be able to determine the ratio of state, non-state and municipal levels of 
higher education, which is necessary today. The principle of decentralization of 
education management is being developed and implemented - the delimitation of 
competence, powers and responsibilities between its various levels. 
It is believed that the management of higher education in modern conditions 
should solve the following tasks: 
• organization of access to education capable of meeting the educational needs 
of the population of Uzbekistan; 
• Ensuring equal access to education for all people at all levels and levels of 
education; 
• improving the quality of education and establishing its compliance with the 
needs of society; 
• improving the efficiency of the educational system; 
• ensuring continuity of education. 
 
СОNСLUSIОN 
All these problems should be solved in the conditions of student education while 
reducing the investment of public funds allocated per student. This trend has been 
very stable in recent years.
