Annotation
The article deals with the theoretical calculation of the heat. The article briefly describes the essence of the design of the utility model. This article discusses the process of transferring heat energy from according to the existing laws of thermodynamics according to the schemes shown in the figures. Thus, some indicators of heat transfer in the drying chamber of a mechanized chamber-chain drying plant for drying melon fruits were determined by calculation.
