1-amaliy mashg’ulot. Madaniy o’simliklar urug’larining unuvchanligini aniqlash Kerakli asbob va jihozlar. Petri kosakchasi, doka, shisha tayoqcha, ituzum, shura, makkajuhori, rediska, g’o’za va bug’doy urug’klari.
Ishning bajarilish tartibi:
Petri chashkasidan bir nechta olinib, ularga tartib raqamlari yozib chiqiladi. Oldindan tayyorlab qo’yilgan urug’lardan 25 donadan sanab tartib raqamiga ko’ra, Petri chashkachalariga iloji boricha bir xil qilib yoyiladi.
Masalan, 1№ li chashkada sho’ra urug’i. 5№ li chashkaga makkajuhori. Chashkalarning ustiga ikki qavat doka yopilib ular
suv bilan xollab turiladi. Chashkalr tartib raqamiga ko’ra harorati 1,2-2,5 c bolgan joylarga terib chiqiladi. Bu tajriba taxminan bir hafta o’tgandan so’ng har bir chashkadagi unib chiqqan urug’lar sanalib, botanikadan tutilgan daftarga yoziladi.
