Creativity - is an activity that generates a qualitatively new and different uniqueness and socio-historical uniqueness.
Creative self-development of personality - a special kind of creative activity of the subject-subject orientation, aimed at intensifying and improving the efficiency of the processes of "self", among which are the backbone self-knowledge, creative self-determination, self-management, creative self-realization and self-improvement of the individual. Personal development - the process of active, consistent, progressive and generally irreversible qualitative changes in mental status of the individual.
Creative cooperation - the principle of student-oriented pedagogy, the process of interaction of students with each other and with the teachers to achieve a common goal. In this activity the creativity and capabilities of participants (partners) are realized more fully. Adding each other, they reach a qualitatively new level of development.
Tolerance - is the negation of intolerance, hostility deterrence, the ability to recognize the practical and the recognition and respect of culture, beliefs and actions of others.
Managerial capacity - ability, the structure of which enriches organizational and communication skills excellent knowledge of the specifics of the phenomena that are the objects of management.
The level of formation of pedagogical culture - is the degree of mastering and implementation of teacher personal qualities, experience and creativity of their implementation in their professional activities on the basis of a professional self-improvement. One level of formation of pedagogical culture is different degree of formation of the selected components, their awareness educator, stable demand for their cultivation. There are the following levels of pedagogical culture: High - the level at which all of the components of pedagogical culture formed in unity, manifested consciously and continuously. For the typical teacher steady increase in demand for their own pedagogical culture, the constant pursuit of an active
professional and self-improvement; Intermediate - the level at which the components of pedagogical culture is not fully developed, they are not understood, there is a lack of experience of pedagogical activity, situational, the need for targeted professional self-education has not yet formed; low - the level at which the components of pedagogical culture insufficiently formed or absent altogether, are not formed socially significant motifs chosen profession, there is no need to improve their own professional skills.
