9-BO‘LIM. PROMO-AKSIYADAGI O‘ZGARISHLAR 
Promo-aksiyaning boshlanish sanasidan boshlab Qoidalar 
kuchga kiradi.
Tashkilotchi Promo-aksiyaning amal qilish muddati ichida, 
lekin Promo-aksiyaning o’rnatilgan muddatining birinchi 
transfer the right to use the specified photo and video 
recordings with the Participant to third parties. 
Winners, in particular of the Main Prize, are obliged 
to inform and warn all accompanying persons of this 
prerequisite if a presentation event is to be organized. 
SECTION 8. EXPENSES AND TAXES 
The Organizer will pay the personal income tax 
accrued in connection with the receipt of Prizes by 
the Participants of the Promotional Offer, provided 
that the Participants provide the relevant documents. 
Any costs, expenses, taxes and duties that may arise 
in connection with the receipt of the Prize(s) shall be 
paid by the Participant who receives the Prize(s), 
except for those to be paid by the Organizer. 
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any costs 
and expenses that may be incurred by the 
Participant(s) including, but not limited to, the costs 
of calling the hotline numbers, visiting the 
Organizer's website, receiving the Prize(s) and/or 
visiting the Organizer and/or regional offices of the 
Organizer including, but not limited to, payment for 
travel and accommodation in connection with 
participation in this Promotional Offer.

9. 
CHANGES 
IN 
THE 
PROMOTIONAL OFFER 
The Rules shall come into force from the date of the 
start of the Promotional Offer. 
The Rules can be changed (or supplemented) by the 
Organizer during the period of the Promotional Offer, 
but no later than the first half of the established 
period of the Promotional Offer.
