Limits and exclusions:
The initial cost of the building is not included in the project cost because it is governmental building
Equipment and technologies are ordered for the first semester of the university and during first semester other required ones shall be ordered by the university
Security equipment and technologies are out of cost allocation because it’s provided by construction team
Website development is not included in the project
Marketing activities are given to outsourcing but as a part of this project
Staff trainings are out of scope, Orientation week training is included
Teaching materials are taken from partner university and made some changes based on Uzbek market
Salaries of future employees are considered as operational costs and project budget is not allocated to that
All operational costs are not included in project budget
Team costs during project time may vary that the monthly market quote salaries based on working hours spend for each phase of the project
