This Notice confirms the selection of 854 ZIP codes as

"revitalization areas" for Fiscal Year 1998 under the Single

Family Property Disposition Program. Uninsured properties

located in these ZIP code areas, or portions of them, are

eligible for the 30 percent discount on HUD-owned properties sold

to nonprofits and government agencies, including public housing

authorities as set forth in Notice H 95-89 , Revisions to SFPD

Sales Procedures. These zip codes are also applicable to the

Officer Next Door Program and the appropriate discounts should be

applied.
