Approbation of the research results. The research results have been ap-
proved at 13 scientific conferences, including «Актуальные проблемы 
психиатрии» (Москва, 2012), «Психическое здоровье в Германии и России: 
клиническая и исследовательская инициатива» (Санкт-Петербург, 2013), 
«From neuroscience to clinical practice: Tailoring Treatments» (Анталия, 2013,

seminar at the Scientific Council of the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical 
Education (2016). 
Publication of the research results. 35 scientific papers on the thesis topic 
were published. Among them, 1 methodological guideline, 15 scientific articles, 
including 13 in national and 2 in international journals of recommended scientific 
editions for publication of basic scientific results of doctoral dissertations by Su-
preme Attestation Commission at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uz-
bekistan.
The structure and volume of the thesis. The dissertation consists of intro-
duction, seven chapters, conclusion, references and appendices. The size of the re-
search is 180 pages. 
 
THE MAIN CONTENT OF THE RESEARCH PAPER 
In the introduction of the dissertation, the topicality and relevance of the 
research are substantiated, the aim and objectives of the research, its object and 
subject are formulated, its conformity with the priorities of development of science 
and technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan is shown, the scientific novelty and 
practical results of the study are described, a list of introducing the research results 
into practice, published works and information on the structure of the dissertation 
are provided. 
The first chapter of the dissertation titled «Scientific bases and modern
