INTRODUCTION (abstract of the dissertation of the doctor of philosophy 
(PhD)) 
 
Research objective 
is improving the methodology of using the mobile training 
system in the organization of independent education of students on the basis of 
innovative methodological projects. 
Research object 
is process of using the mobile training system in organizing the 
independent education of students on the basis of innovative methodological projects, 
334 respondents-students of the educational direction "5110700 - Methodology of 
teaching informatics" of Jizzak, Navoi, Kokand state pedagogical institutes took part 
in experimental work. 
Research subject 
is forms, methods and means of using the mobile learning 
system in the organization of students' independent education on the basis of 
innovative methodological projects. 
Scientific novelty of research 
is as follows: 
Methodological features of using mobile devices as a modern means of 
organizing students' independent education have been identified by ensuring the 
direct integration of the modern educational environment aimed at increasing the 
international motivation of vocational and pedagogical activities and developing the 
competence of independent education with digital pedagogy; 
Didactic capabilities of mobile technologies were improved by increasing the 
productivity of system application in creative processes of innovative design methods 
for organizing self-education of students, such as Assessment (self-assessment), Pre-
Vodcasting, RequestBase, ExamSoft, mobile questionnaire, mobile quiz, based on 
training tools WebQuest, Gamification, M-Learning, M-Feedback; 
Methodological conditions for organizing self-education of students in the 
subject "Web-design" have been improved by developing an innovative Student-
centered classroom project based on Podcast Vodcast mobile methods, interactive 
online programs such as Mindmap, Workings be pairs, Group discussion; 
Flowchart of organizing independent out-of-audience work based on mobile 
training technology based on innovative methodological projects has been improved 
on the basis of the development of the algorithm for sequential change of the internal 
degree of a multi-stage methodological system with mixed education, which allows 
intensively assimilating educational materials combined into large blocks on the basis 
of the principle of concentrism.
