officials, or criticism of activity of the specified bodies and officials.

-  realized  needs(requirements)  of  the  man,  citizen,  persons 
reflected  or  the  law.  In  interests  the  internal  dependence  of  the  man  on  a  nature, 
from  natural  "I",  from  other  people,  from  a  society(community)  and  state  is 
expressed.
