 form of social protection of interests of the population 
in  protection  of  health.  The  purpose  of  medical  insurance  is  to  guarantee  to  the 
citizens  of  Russian  Federation  at  occurrence  of  an  insurance  case  reception  of 
medical aid at the expense of the saved means and to finance preventive measures.
