The social legislation
 - rules of law regulating a rule(situation) of the hired 
workers, and also questions of social maintenance. 
The  social  rights  of  the  man
  -  set  of  the  constitutional  rights  of  the  men 
allowing  him  to  apply  on  reception  from  the  state  of  the  certain  material  boons. 
Usually  to  the  social  rights  of  the  man  concern:  the  right  on  social  maintenance; 
the right on education; the right on protection of health and medical aid; the right 
on dwelling; the special rights of children and right of the invalids. 
The security
 is a degree (level) of efficiency, condition, result of legal and 
social protection.
