Relation of the dissertation’s theme to the scientific-research work of higher 
education institution where it was implemented. The theme of the dissertation is 
included in the research plan of Tashkent State University of Law and is carried 
out within the priorities of scientific research. 
The aim of the research is development of proposals and recommendations 
aimed at improving the organizational and legal framework of non-state non-
profit organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
The tasks of the research:
analysis of the history and development trends of non-state non-profit 
organizations; 
conducting comprehensive research on the concept of non-state non-profit 
organizations and the legal nature of their activities;

development of organizational and legal framework of non-state non-profit 
organizations in Uzbekistan, systematic assessment of its stages; 
development of proposals on organizational and legal forms of non-state non-
profit organizations in Uzbekistan, formation of their legal framework; 
analysis of prospects for improving the legal procedure for state registration 
of non-state non-profit organizations and their symbols; 
legal assessment of interaction of non-state non-profit organizations with the 
state agencies in Uzbekistan, analysis of existing practices; 
development of scientific proposals on prospects of improving administrative 
procedures related to non-state non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan; 
suggest ways to improve the legal mechanisms of state support and social
