Introduction (abstract of PhD thesis)
Aim of research is perfection of possibilities of rendering of educative-psychological influence on development and display of positive and negative feeling of envy in a youth.
Object of research are 81 pupil of professional college of early youthful age, 159 young men of youthful age and 50 early mature age trained in higher educational establishment. Research is spent at the Tashkent state pedagogical university named after Nizami, Samarkand state university and Sergeli financial professional college.
Scientific novelty of research are the following:
Leaning against psychological sources of display of age, sexual and social features of feeling of a maturity in an early youth, efficiency of the practical-psychological help on the basis of a principle internal antagonism is shown;
Possibilities of the prevention of development of an unhealthy competition, aggressive actions, disputed behavior in the youth environment that can interfere with moral development, through preventive maintenance in an early youth of the negative interpersonal relations based on feeling of envy and support of a healthy social-psychological climate in the academic groups are proved;
detected differentiated-diagnostic signs of propensity to positive and negative envy as criteria of development of the person, ambivalence of these feelings, features of their display in behaviour, transformation from one form in another;
Addition of traditional classifications of feelings with author's categories of sthenic-envy and asthenic-envy is offered, their semantic analysis and system localisation on the basis of special and regular studying of feeling of envy as the factor capable to prevent to individual and socially-psychological development of the person are described.
