the subject and objectare not denoted by any terminations to the words, as they would be in
greek or latin or in modern german, but by their position before or after the verb.[6]
in english, they strongly follow the rules of word order and if we do not obey these rules
while making sentences, not only it loses its meaning, but also it is counted as grammatically
wrong sentence. here you can see some strict rules word order which you should know:

active and passive voice:
active voice is the typical word order. That is when we put the subject (the doer) first,
followed by the new information (which is the focus):
lesley has written four successful novels.
if we use the passive voice, we can often omit who the doer is:
The cake was cut. (no doer) [8]
Word order in Uzbek
as you know, the english word order is definite, and in most cases, verb comes after subject
in affirmative sentences. in uzbek, though, the meaning is not changed even if we replace the
parts of speech. for instance:
kinoga kecha koʻplashib bordik;
kecha koʻplashib kinoga bordik;
koʻplashib kecha kinoga bordik.
all of these tree sentences’ meaning is the same: Most of us went to the cinema yesterday.
Word order is a special means of expressing grammatical meaning, and a change in order leads
to a change in the grammatical meaning of the word. for instance, dalalar yam-yashil (fields
are green) is a sentence, but yam-yashil dalalar (green fields) is a phrase.
emphasize
The logical emphasis is putting stress on one piece of speech over others. usually the
speaker is himself puts a logical emphasis on the important part, and that’s it the meaning of
the part is amplified. in uzbek language, we normally put a logical part of speech before the
verb. for example: 1. Biz kecha kutubxonaga bordik.(We went to the library yesterday not
elsewhere) 2. Biz kutubxonaga kecha bordik.(We went to the library yesterday not another
time) 3.kutubxonaga kecha biz bordik. (We went to the library yesterday not others) [10]
in the translation, the students are in a difficult situation. according to methodologists, it is
necessary in teaching english grammar, first of all, to choose the grammatical minimum and to
take into consideration the specific features of english grammar.[9]
