Plot information:

The movie take place in Uzbekistan and The Sovet union in 1941-1945 years. The main characters are Kurban, Gunafsha, Khomid. Kurban is very conscientious, courageous and simple boy. Khomid is handsome but unscrupulous, foolish, indomitable for his own purpose. The freckled girl Gunafsha is purple beautiful and very simple, at the same time very loyal.

The 3 classmates are friends, but there is a love triangle : the boys love Gunafsha but he loves only Kurban very much. They decided to be married. On the day osf simple wedding of the sacrifice and the sinner , all the young men of their villages are ordered to go to war. Gunafsha observes the victim weeping. In the Kurban is taken prisoner, at which point the Khomid is pererated from one hand and returned as a hero. Gunafsha was the head of the cotton pickers at the time. Khomid asks Gunafsha to be married with him, and after receiving a bad refusal sends Gunafsha to exile in Sibiria for 8 years unjustly. Meanwhile , the german Nazis declare the victim a traitor to the lie. A few years later Kurban and Gunafsha meet in exile and immediately leave again. Ten years later, Kurban sees Gunafsha dead and bury with his own hands. And sails sails from the northern part of the country on a ship to Alaska, The USA. Kurban, who is 80s , returns to his homeland from New York for longing and revenge. On the way he remember those years with the taxi driver young boy . Finally he comes to the village , all he knew except Khomid were dead there. He comes to Khomid’s house. But Kurban changed his mind about killing and left him with his guilty conscience . Kurban dies peacefully on a plane , away from the war .

The reality in the movie made it very interesting and unique.

The best part in the movie is the situation of Kurban sees gunafsha dead. He says : Gunafsha, I have been waiting 10 years for to see your frackles and why you could not wait another day?

The film captivates the audience with its reality and impact . because it shows the resilience of the people during the wars years, how horrible the war was.

At the end of the film I could not hold back my tears. For the girl’s fidelity to the young man could not be broken even by the most ruthless exile. Along with the courage of the people ,this film also shows the faces of traitors and lowly people

I think anyone who loves their homeland will love this movie and watch understanding of its pain
