   SBA Fall Event - C.R.E.A.M.

      Location: Green Field outside Anatomy Lab - Craig

      Food: C.R.E.A.M. = enough to feed 300-350 people – Lena
      
   5. 
      How to get your free C.R.E.A.M.?
      
      • 
        Student will have to follow one of SBA media (FB, Instagram, or Twitter)
        
      • 
        SBA officer will check prior letting student go get his or her C.R.E.A.M.
        
      • 
        If student follows all 3 of SBA media, they can get a FREE SBA t-shirt

   Guest Speaker

      Post-grad Finance Education
      
      • 
        Invite recent graduate to return to SMU and give a talk about how life is after graduation, especially in term of debt/finance management
        
      • 
        Bring in a finance expert who will talk to the students about loans repayment, debts, etc
        
      • 
        Will record the speaker and we can post the recording online

      All board member approved the shirt design

      Order enough shirts to get the best discount. Since the year won’t be on it, we can use it next years if there are extra.

      The SBA letter by Elaine is AMAZING!!!

      Since the photo frame idea failed because there is no outlet, and the screen is really small…maybe we can buy a flatscreen TV and mount it on the wall to play a slideshow of SBA events?

      Craig – would this idea be possible? Will IT and SMU allow it?

        If not, is it possible to play some SBA slides on the various TVs around SMU?

   Director of Finance Report
   
   1. 
      An An will meet with Craig next week to go over the details of SBA Finance
      
   2. 
      David and An An have met, and they have went over the logistics and duties of the position
      
   3. 
      An An and Lena will meet at a later date to fill her in.
      
   4. 
      CPMSA budget has a $4000 deficit last year, An An will keep a closer eye on CPMSA finance.

        The deficit did not affect SBA finance

        So far…only 1 follow, which is Craig

      In an attempt to increase followers on SBA media (FB, Instagram, and Twitter), we will give each student a free C.R.E.A.M. if they follow us (See SBA Fall Event above)
