Annotation. The article discusses the history of decision language terminology. The 

first ideas are those of Plato in the works of Abu Nasr al-Farabi, the ideas of Aristotle on the 

language of decisions, and the ideas of the language of law in Rome, China, and France. It is 

also said that the language of our holy books, such as the Avesta and the Qur'an, which are 

one of our ancient sources, is a shining example of the language of decisions. Sh.Kuchimov, G. 

Gulamova, M. Kasimova and many other scientists have contributed to the development of 

this field. In short, the terminology of the language of law is a historically studied field, and 

today it is a more and more interdependent field of linguistics and jurisprudence. This field 

will continue to be the basis for new scientific research…
