Introduction
In context of dramatic changes in the world economic politics, it is important to have knowledge of the basic theories of International Economic relations(IER) and the skills and abilities to conduct practical analyses that allows us to assess what is happening in a changing world. Nowadays, International Economic Relations are significant not only for the economic performances of states, but also for the joint economic activity of those states. One of the main purpose of studying or learning this subject is that International Economic Relations plays main role in the International trading. And we may see, this kind of relations in International Division of Labor, Foregn Investment Movement or Labor Migration and so on.
The main trend in the development of the World Economy is the attempt to create a single planetary market of capital, goods and services and to unite individual states in to a single world economic complex. This makes it necessary to study the issues of the global economy as a set of systems of International Economic Relations. In other words, This means a higher level of IER.
International Economic relations is concerned with the effects upon economic activity from international differences in productive resources and consumer preferences and the international institutions that affect them. It seek to explain the patterns and consequences of transactions and interactions between the inhabitants of different countries, including trade, investment and transaction.
The basis of any International Relations is international economic cooperations. The main goal of the countries is, of cource, to increase their economic power and potential, increase Gross Domestic Product and enhance all sectors of the economy. Moreover, the establishing of International economic relations leads to the independence of the country’s economy, the openness of the national economy and the deeping of the international division of labor. And because of this, there will be development and growth not only in the economy of states, but also in their regional associations and in the economic relations of individual enterprices and the way of life of the its population.
My main purpose to choose this topic is that with learning and analysing in International Economic Relations, we will have a sifnificant information and knowledge which is the demand of globalization and besides this, we will completely analyse all sectors and forms like International monetary, financial and credit relations and others of topic with using foreign knowledge and skills in this course work by learning its origin and how National Economic relations developed and how it became so significant. In addition, we will discuss the theories and opinions of classic and modern economists.
The role of International Economic Relations is great and important for any country in the World. According to economist J.Sachs, “ The Economic success of any country in the world is reflected in Foreign relations. To date, any country has not been able to build healthy economy in isolation from the World Economic System” . From this words, we can conclude that International Economic Relations is always prior for developing every country’s economic system.
