• 4. Organizations may have cash in their cash registers within the established limits and use the cash receipts within the established norms.
• 5. The use of revenues as expenditures is carried out on the basis of a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
• 6. Cash flow can be used as an object of forecasting planning.
• 7. Circulation management is carried out in a centralized manner.
