The subject of the agreement

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES.

1. 
   Client's obligations.
   
   1. 
      Provide complete and reliable information (information) and characteristics about yourself, provided for in clause 2.2 of this Agreement.
      
   2. 
      Independently, at his own expense, pay in full all expenses, including payment for the services of postal operators and delivery services.
      
   3. 
      Accept the rendered Services in accordance with the terms of paragraphs 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 of this Agreement.
      
   4. 
      Pay for the Services rendered in the amount, on time and in the manner specified in this Agreement.
      
2. 
   Client rights.
   
   1. 
      Require the provision of the Services within the time limits specified in this Agreement, at the appropriate level of quality, taking into account all available information on the issues listed in clause 1.2 of this Agreement.
      
   2. 
      With the assistance of the Contractor, personally and correctly complete and complete all forms and notifications provided by the Contractor for the proper provision of the Services.
      
   3. 
      In order to receive the Services of proper quality, follow the instructions and recommendations of the Contractor on the preparation and execution of documents and conducting an interview with the employer.
      
   4. 
      Exercise other rights provided for in this Agreement.
      
3. 
   Obligations of the Contractor.
   
   1. 
      Independently search, select, organize and analyze information for the provision of the Services.
      
   2. 
      Provide the Services competently, conscientiously and properly, at a high quality and professional level, as well as taking care of the rights, interests and needs of the Client as if they were our own.
      
   3. 
      In the process of providing the Services, take into account the choice of the Client in accordance with clause 3.2.2 of this Agreement.
      
   4. 
      Immediately inform the Client that the direct fulfillment of his wishes may adversely affect the quality and timing of the provision of the Services, as well as the desired result.
      
   5. 
      Assist the Client in the timely and correct completion and execution of all forms and messages, as well as facilitate their timely transfer to potential employers.
      
   6. 
      Assist the Client in obtaining information and documents from potential employers.
      
   7. 
      Transfer the Services rendered to the Client in accordance with clauses 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 of this Agreement.
      
   8. 
      Perform other duties under this Agreement.
      
4. 
   Rights of the Contractor.
   
   1. 
      At its discretion, independently chooses the sources of search and selection of an employer for the provision of the Services, guided by the criteria specified in clause 3.3.1 of this Agreement.
      
   2. 
      Entrust the search, selection, systematization and analysis of information for the provision of Services to employees (if any), attorneys or authorized persons, while remaining personally responsible to the Client for the provision of Services of proper quality and on time.
      
   3. 
      Refuse the wishes of the Customer, if this is objectively required by the interests of the latter, and the Contractor could not invite the Customer in advance or did not receive a response within a reasonable time.
      
   4. 
      Demand payment for the Services rendered in the amount, in the manner, on time and on other conditions stipulated by this Agreement.
