The subject of the agreement

1. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT.

Pro-Force Limited executor represented by Limited Agency under the leadership of director Ladanina Julia (552054976) British citizen. The customer TOSHMIRZAEV ALIMARDON (FA6714078), entered into an agreement for provision of services listed in clause 1.2 of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). Within the period agreed by the Parties, and the Customer accepts the Services rendered by the Contractor and pays for the Services rendered by him within the time limits, in the manner and in the amount established by this Agreement.

1.1. Services provided by the Contractor to the Customer in accordance with clause 1.1 of this Agreement:

2. PROCEDURE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT.

   The information necessary for the provision of the Services under this Agreement is collected by the Contractor through its independent search, selection, systematization and analysis.
   
2. 
   Services are provided solely on the basis of information and documentation provided by the Customer, at the request and discretion of the Contractor, in accordance with the latter's internal procedures.
   
3. 
   Service provision period:
   
   1. 
      30 (thirty) business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date of payment in the amount and in the manner prescribed by paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 of this Agreement.
      
4. 
   The Client is informed and fully agrees that the provision of Services of adequate quality and within the agreed time frame is possible only if the Client properly fulfills all its obligations, as well as conscientiously and clearly exercises its rights under this Agreement.
   
5. 
   The provision of the Services and this Agreement shall be terminated, due to full performance, at the time of providing the Client with all the sought, analyzed and systematized information and documentation in accordance with his instructions, regardless of the implementation of clauses 2.6, 2.7 of this Agreement.
   
6. 
   Information and documentation are transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer in one of the ways, at the choice of the Contractor, in particular, orally, in paper form, by mail or courier, in the form of payment telephone SMS messages, messages through communication programs. "Viber", "WhatsApp" or "Telegram", email.
   

The moment of execution of the Agreement is the sending by the Contractor to the Customer of information and necessary documentation by any of the methods listed in this clause of the Agreement.
Information about sending information to the Customer, contained in the Contractor's means of communication or in the Contractor's accounts on the relevant servers (data storages), is a proper proof of the full fulfillment by the Contractor of all obligations under this Agreement.

7. 
   Reception – transmission of the rendered Services can be formalized by the relevant act of acceptance and transfer of services signed by both Parties to this Agreement.
   
8. 
   In case of refusal of one Party to sign the act of acceptance and transfer of services, the other Party indicates this in the act and signs it instead of the refusing Party.
   

An act signed by one Party may be invalidated only if the reasons for the refusal of the other Party to sign the act are recognized as valid.

9. 
   The Contractor takes actions to execute this Agreement and provide the Services only after the Customer has made payment under this Agreement in accordance with the conditions set forth in its clauses 4.1, 4.2, 4.3.
