ANOTATION

The aim of this research article is to study the structure, content, function and application of plural means in a diachronic and synchronous aspect and on the basis of the ideology of national independence and new views in Uzbek linguistics. The object of research is a system of means of expressing the plural in the Uzbek language. It focuses on written sources, works of art created in the modern Uzbek literary language and the vernacular.

This scientific research is devoted to the study and analysis of the singular and plural, that is, the category of numbers in modern Uzbek. The plural in our native language has been studied as a grammatical category in the category of nouns and verbs in current grammar.
