An identified area of project management defined by its knowledge 

requirements and described in terms of its component processes, practices, inputs, outputs, tools, and techniques.

Project Management Office (PMO). 

A management structure that standardizes the project-related governance 

processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Project Management Plan. 

The document that describes how the project will be executed, monitored and controlled, 

and closed.
