Described in Section 4.4.3.1. The lessons learned register is updated with information 

on challenges encountered and how they could have been avoided as well as approaches that worked well for 

validating deliverables.

Requirements documentation. 

Described in Section 5.2.3.1. The requirements documentation may be updated 

with the actual results of validation activity. Of particular interest is when the actual results are better than the 

requirement or where a requirement was waived.
