14.Puritan-a member of a group of English Protestants of the late 16th and 17th centuries who regarded the Reformation of the Church under Elizabeth I as incomplete and sought to simplify and regulate forms of worship.

16.Renaissance-the revival of European art and literature under the influence of classical models in the 14th–16th centuries.
17.Religion-the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods.
