The Regulations on the organization and conduct of Cybersport games
This Regulations organizes a competition among students of higher educational institutions, students of academic lyceums and vocational colleges and technical schools, as well as students of secondary schools in Samarkand region in order to demonstrate and develop their abilities in cyber sports and determines the transfer procedure.

1. 
   General rules
   
   1. 
      "Cybersport" competition is held under the auspices of Samarkand International University of Technology.
      
   2. 
      Organizational and technical provision of the competition is carried out by the Organizing Committee listed in Appendix 1;
      
   3. 
      Contestants will be evaluated by the jury listed in Appendix 2;
      
   4. 
      The winners of the Cybersports competition are determined based on the rules given in Chapter 2 of the Regulations.
      
   5. 
      The main goal of the competition is to identify modern thinking, young, aspiring and talented young people in Samarkand region, to further encourage them.
      

2. 
   Procedure for organizing and conducting the competition
   
   1. 
      According to this regulation, young people under the age of 30 living in the Samarkand region can participate in the competition.
      
   2. 
      Registration of competition participants is carried out on the basis of online forms through the competition.uz website. The participant's full name, address and other personal information are entered in the forms for registration.
      
   3. 
      Registration for participation in the competition will take place from May 29 to June 10, 2021.
      
   4. 
      Participation in the competition is carried out individually or as a team, depending on the type of game.
      
   5. 
      In order to hold the competition, the Organizing Committee will carry out the following activities:
      

• 
  to prevent organizational and technical malfunctions and misunderstandings that may occur during the competition, and to take measures to eliminate them;
  
• 
  to determine the places occupied by the winners in order to determine them;
  
• 
  determining the venue and duration of the competition;
  
• 
  review the complaints of the competition participants during the competition and, if the complaint is justified, announce the results of the complaint to the competition participants;
  
• 
  organizing the holding of the competition and media coverage of the results of the competition.
