INTRODUCTION

Youth education is one of the most important issues.

The advancement of school education is becoming a nationwide task, a nationwide movement.

The Action Strategy on the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted in our country on the direct initiative and under the leadership of President ShavkatMirziyoyev, has launched a new stage of development.

The practical results, signs and features of this process are clearly visible today in all spheres of our lives, and most importantly, in the consciousness, aspirations and actions of our people.

Section 2 of the Action Strategy, paragraph 4.4, entitled "Priorities for the development of the social sphere" addresses the issues of "Development of education and science."

From the Action Strategy for 2017-2021, the following tasks indicate that great importance is attached to the consistent development of education:

Improving the quality and efficiency of higher education institutions on the basis of the introduction of international standards for assessing the quality of education and training, the gradual increase in quotas for admission to higher education institutions:

Encouragement of research and innovation activities, creation of effective mechanisms for the implementation of scientific and innovative achievements, the establishment of specialized research and experimental laboratories, high-tech centers and technology parks at universities and research institutes.

It is known that since the early days of independence of our country, reforms in the field of education are one of the integral and decisive directions of socio-economic reforms in our country.

This shows that building a free, democratic civil society, achieving high economic development and ensuring the well-being of the populationsuch ultimate goals cannot be achieved without radically changing the field of education and rebuilding it on a modern basis. Another important vital factor that directly affects the formation of spirituality is closely related to the education system. Of course, education is a product of consciousness, but it is also the most important factor that determines the level of consciousness and its development, that is, the formation and enrichment of the people's spirituality.
