Overall, this process consists of 15 stages, begin from picking tomatoes to preparing ketchup and consume them with various food such as, hamburger and fries.
The first stage is that the tomatoes are picked and put in basket. After this, they are selected according to their quality, then tomatoes in suitable condition are sent for starting the stage of preparing. Firstly, tomatoes should be peeled, seeds and stalks removed. After placing them to the containers, they are crushed and then add sugar, vinegar and salt. Following this, the crushed mixture are ready to boil.
The next step shows that this mixture should be left for 2 hours, then it is easily can be pouled into the bottle . Before boxing of ketchups, they should be passed lebelling and control of quality steps. Eventually the ketchups are delivered to supermarket for selling and then eating with hamburger and fries and so on
