In 2010, the territory was divided into seven parts including two buildings of student accommodation, university offices, a teaching block, the lake, a restaurant and shops. By present days, the lawn, the seating area of the lake were significantly lessened, while the restaurant was completely removed. While a 4-storeyed student accommodation was replaced in the building for student facilities such as shop offices, which was in that place where is located science building nowadays, near the north-west one was erected the same second student accommodation’s building. Shops was changed to a new building of student accommodation, whereas teaching block for art and science turned into a modern art building. Furthermore, the small road was added. In contrast, the main road remained unchanged throughout the period.
