THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF SWALE)

(WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES)

(AMENDMENT No. 7B) ORDER 2013
The Council of the County of Kent in exercise of their powers under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1) and (2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following Order: 
A - This Order may be cited as the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Amendment 7B Order 2013 and shall come into force on the 14th day of October, 2013.
B. the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2010 shall have effect as though -


In the Schedules to the Order
The following article 26 be inserted in Part F [Parking Places With Limited Waiting Time] in place of the existing entry
SAVE as provided in Part G of this Order no person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or of a parking attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait in any of the parking places described in columns 1 and 2 of an item in the Sixth Schedule to this Order on the days and between the times (hereinafter referred to as "the said hours") specified in the corresponding column 3 of that item


Railway Road, Sheerness
The following shall be inserted in Schedule 1 [no waiting at any time] in place of the existing entry:

RAILWAY ROAD (1) On the north western side of the road

(a) from the junction with Millennium Way, southwest to a point 64 metres south

west of the south western kerb line of Pepys Avenue;

(b) from a point 6 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of Broad Street,

South west to a point 2 metres south west of the south western kerb line of Broad

Street;
(c) from the south western highway boundary of Railway Road, north east for a

Distance of 3.5 metres.

(2) On the south eastern side of the road
(a) from the junction with Millennium Way, south west to the junction of Short

Street;
(b) from the south western kerb line of Broad Street, south west to a point in line

with the boundary of 28/29 Railway Road.

High Street, Eastchurch, Isle of Sheppey
The following shall be inserted in Schedule 3 [daytime waiting restrictions] in the correct alphabetical sequence:
