Research results 
An analysis of the activities of Uzbekistan universities shows that today they 
are betting on the principle of variability, which contributes to the construction of the 
pedagogical process according to any educational model. Against the background of 
the development of various options for the content of education, we observe the birth 
of more and more ideas, as well as the introduction of the concept of pedagogical 
technology into the philosophy of education. Among the large number of definitions 
of this concept, we will cite the interpretation of pedagogical technology proposed by 
the domestic researcher: this is a set of psychological and pedagogical attitudes that 
determine a special set and arrangement of forms, methods, methods, techniques of 
teaching, educational tools that form the organizational and methodological tools of 
the pedagogical process [6]. Proceeding from this, among the list of various 
pedagogical technologies, the following most confidently passed the test of time: 
multilevel teaching; cooperative learning; individual and differentiated approach to 
training; method of projects [6]. All of them contribute to the development of 
innovations in education, involving the improvement of pedagogical technologies and 
related methods, techniques and teaching aids, developing students' ability to 
motivate actions and independently navigate the information received; the formation 
of their creative thinking and the disclosure of their natural abilities. 
Pedagogical technologies are associated with the widespread use of new 
information technologies, which make it possible to fully reveal the didactic 
functions of these methods and realize the potential educational opportunities 
inherent in them. Since today free access to the necessary information is required, all 
opportunities are created in information centers to enter scientific, cultural and

information centers around the world in order to form their own independent opinion 
within the framework of a comprehensive study of a particular problem. Thus, 
students should be provided with favorable conditions for using the technological 
capabilities of modern means of communication, both for searching and obtaining 
information, and for developing cognitive and communicative abilities and 
developing their ability to quickly make decisions in difficult situations. This process 
most successfully proceeds through the use of information and communication 
technologies of education, including specific methods and technical means 
(computers, audio and video equipment, telecommunication networks, etc.) for 
working with information. This type of pedagogical technologies is denoted today by 
the term "computer learning technologies", which continue to develop the ideas of 
programmed learning, opening up new technological possibilities of the learning 
process, associated, for example, with certain advantages of computers and 
telecommunications [9]. 
According to the latest data provided, in particular, by the Internet, currently 
the largest universities in Uzbekistan make the most of innovative technologies in the 
learning process; periodically hold seminars and conferences on the introduction of 
innovative technologies. They are attended by both specialists from institutions of 
higher professional education and teachers of secondary schools. Let us emphasize 
that education in universities that use innovative technologies is always open to 
modern scientific research. In the curriculum of such universities, such forms of 
education as project development, trainings, internships in production, as well as
