Languages are really peculiar. Each language has its uniqueness in every form, be it a sentence or vocabulary. So is the English language. I couldn’t pass it on this sentence by not adding this to a trolley of aggressiveness. The interesting thing is that the sentence has no word of aggressive vocabulary, but 2 sentences altogether carried an aggressive meaning on the whole. Not being able to stand mother, not to snap all the time and a terrible dislike are ingredients of a whole aggressive salad. Not having used one, the context would can hardly be called aggressive Aggressive vocabulary is not all about words. It may be a whole text, not having any single word of aggressiveness, but still carrying aggressiveness.

I will start by paraphrasing the sentence. Can you imagine how bad he is, that’s why we can never call him a doctor. Actually Anna Frank was so careful in choosing the words. She might say what a bad doctor he is, how inexperienced he is without adding an exclamation mark at the end of the sentence. But she did it for one reason to show aggressiveness towards the profession of a doctor.
