1The dry method to produce coffee begins with sorting the beans by hand.

2-3Once the sorted beans have been cleaned with the help of a sieve to filter out any impurities they are left out in the sun to dry for a duration of 4 weeks.

4The next step involves raking and turning the dry beans.

5-6Prior to being sent to the mill they are stored.

7At the mill they undergo a process known as hulling which involves crushing the beans manually.

8-9-10-The finer coffee beans are then graded, bagged and sold to manufacturers in bulk.

11-12The manufacturers then need to roast the coffee, pack it and sell it to consumers.

The dry method used to produce coffee is lengthy and time consuming. It requires many steps for its completion before consumers can enjoy it and manual labour is required.

Qahva ishlab chiqarishning quruq usuli loviyani qo'l bilan saralashdan boshlanadi. Saralangan loviya elak yordamida tozalanganidan so'ng, iflosliklarni filtrlash uchun ularni quyosh ostida qoldirib, 4 hafta davom etadilar. Keyingi qadam quruq loviyani tarash va o'girishni o'z ichiga oladi. Tegirmonga jo'natilishidan oldin ular saqlanadi. Tegirmonda ular qobiq deb nomlanuvchi jarayonni boshdan kechirmoqdalar, bu esa loviyani qo'lda maydalashni o'z ichiga oladi. Keyinchalik nozikroq kofe donalari navlanadi, paketlarga solinadi va ishlab chiqaruvchilarga katta miqdorda sotiladi. Keyin ishlab chiqaruvchilar qahvani qovurib, qadoqlashlari va iste'molchilarga sotishlari kerak.
Qahva ishlab chiqarish uchun ishlatiladigan quruq usul uzoq va ko'p vaqt talab etadi. Iste'molchilar zavqlanishidan oldin uni bajarish uchun ko'plab qadamlar kerak va qo'l mehnati talab qilinadi.
