V. Other SU Team Members and Recruitment
6.1 Together with the Official SU Executives there are other SU active
members as well: SU Advisors, SU Club Leads, SU Club Members and
volunteers.
6.2 SU Advisors are the SU members, official students of TUIT of any
Level (1–4 year) who expressed the willingness to participate in the
activities of one definite department and help one definite SU Executive.
6.3 SU Advisors can be recruited by any SU Executive except SU
President, whose team is SU Executive Cabinet; and Vice-President
who due to the objectivity cannot employ others in the audit, though
Vice-President can cooperate with others in other projects of his/her

competence as Guest Lecturing, Workshops and Career Centre’s
activities.
6.4. SU Club Leads are the SU members, official students of TUIT of any
Level (even can be Master’s or PhD) who expressed the willingness to
share his/her knowledge in some specific field and to help students excel
in this sphere. Each of SU Club Leads is assigned in one specific
department according to their Club activities.
6.5 For example, Bekhruz is an AI Club Founder & Lead, so according to
his club category which is under SU Education and Welfare Executive’s
responsibility, he also becomes the SU Advisor to the Education and
Welfare Department.
6.6 SU Club Leads are automatically becoming SU Advisors and enjoy
the right to receive the information, participate in relevant SU Projects,
and receive the exemplary motivations after the SU Board’s approval.
Also they can participate in other department’s activities and be a
member of any SU Department if approved by the SU Board.
6.7 So each Executive’s team members can consist of SU Advisors and
SU Club Leads as well. The numbers of each Executive’s team
members are to be decided in the Board and reviewed each year for
necessary alterations.
6.8 SU Club Initiatives are accepted regularly every week via SU website
or SU Telegram bot, they are reviewed accordingly in a respective
department, and if approved, the SU Club Initiative also must be
approved by permission of the Vice-President and the President.
6.9 SU Advisors will sign the special registration form prepared and
approved by the SU Board. Each member will pass the Boards’
consideration, which is the compulsory element of recruitment. SU
Advisors are recruited for one Semester. If there is a mutual interest to

cooperate further between the SU Executive Cabinet and candidates,
then the agreement can be lengthened.
6.10 SU Club Members are the official students of TUIT who attend club
activities to enhance their skills and are also considered as SU Active
Members.
6.11 Volunteers are the SU members who are willing to participate,
contribute or support the particular SU Project and are not recruited for
more than one event or project at once. This would be the
starting-operational level of the SU hierarchy.
6.12 SU Advisors and Club Leads should follow the Board’s regulations
and
have
no
right to interfere into major discussions and
decision-makings without permission or strong reason. No Advisors,
Club Leads, Club members, or Volunteers have the right to vote in the
Board. Their initiation should pass through the Board’s consideration and
then can be realized in the form of Complex SU Project, id est. the
project would be the relevant departments’ project, not the individual
one.
6.13 In case if an SU Executive cannot fulfill his/her responsibilities, the
SU Cabinet assigns another Executive or one of his/her SU Advisors to
take his/her responsibilities in accordance with Administration and
students’ opinion.
