The Practice Learning Qualifications (Social Services) were created to replace the Practice Teaching Award and to emphasize the value of practice learning in the workplace. The Practice Learning Qualification (PLQ) and the Professional Development Award in Practice Learning (Social Services) are two other names for the same qualifications, which play an important role in the continued professional development of many social service employees (CPD). Not only do these credentials allow individuals to be recognized for their abilities and knowledge, but they can also be used to demonstrate ongoing professional development (CPL).
Our Vocational Qualifications are designed to teach you the newest theories and practical tools that will allow you to excel in any field, whether you're learning new skills and knowledge from scratch or supplementing your previous skill sets and expertise. AIM's Vocational Qualifications are conceived and produced by seasoned business professionals with a lot of expertise to impart to students.
The evaluation procedure is as follows:
• The learners are tested internally at the centre, using assessments from the AIM Awards Level 3 Award in Education and Training portfolio or assessments created by assessors on site, against the requirements outlined in the unit assessment criteria.
• The portfolios of assessed evidence are internally confirmed by an internal verifier at the center, and they are externally reviewed by an external verifier appointed by AIM Awards.
