Terms of reference

Qualification requirements

1. 
   Education: Minimum master's degree in engineering/science or a similar field.
   
2. 
   Work experience: At least 10 years of professional experience, of which 5 years of practical experience in the water supply and sanitation service sector, as well as experience in the development of water supply and sewerage infrastructure and in investment projects funded by IFIs. Experience in tasks of similar complexity, or in the field of information and analytical activities is an advantage.
   
3. 
   Computer skills: Experienced user of PC, MS Office;
   
4. 
   Knowledge of foreign languages: Russian, Uzbek, knowledge of English is necessary.
