The objects of study 
is Phragmítes austrális (reed) function stem, 
microcrystalline cellulose, urea, sodium hydroxide, spirit oxide, ammonia, copper 
(II) sulfate, cellulose carbamate, high-pressure polyethylene grades. 
The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is as follows: 
microcrystalline cellulose was first obtained from the stem of the Phragmítes 
austrális (reed) plant, which grows locally; 
optimal conditions for catalyst-free modification of the obtained microcrystalline 
cellulose with urea were determined; 
cellulose carbamate was synthesized by modification of cellulose with urea in a 
catalyst-free manner; 
biodegradable polymeric materials were obtained by adding up to 70% of the 
synthesized cellulose carbamate sample KTs-20-2 to high-pressure polyethylene; 
Cellulose carbamate production technology used in the production of 
biodegradable films based on local raw materials. 
Implementation of research results.
Based on the scientific results of the 
development of a large technology of cellulose carbamate from local raw materials: 
The method of obtaining biodegradable film by adding the synthesized cellulose 
carbamate to high-pressure polyethylene was introduced at the Uzbek-Indian joint 
venture "Nova Pharm" LLC in the production of biodegradable packaging films. ). As 
a result, cellulose obtained from local raw materials has allowed the production of 
cheap and biodegradable packaging films based on carbamate; 
biodegradable films based on cellulose carbamate were introduced at the Uzbek-
Indian joint venture Nova Pharm LLC in the packaging of drugs (reference of the 
Uzbek-Indian joint venture Nova Pharm LLC No. 24/147 of May 6, 2021). As a 
result, it has made it possible to reduce pollution of the environment with polymer 
waste. 
The structure and scope of the dissertation. 
The dissertation consists of 
introduction, four chapters, conclusion, list of used literature, applications. The thesis 
consists of 102 pages.
