INTRODUCTION (PhD dissertation abstract)
The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations on improving the professional and methodological training of a biology teacher in a digital educational environment.
The object of the study is the process of improving the professional and methodological training of a biology teacher in a digital educational environment, and 2109 listeners of the National Centers for teaching educators of Surkhandarya, Jizzakh, Khorezm region participated in the experimental work to new methodologies.
Scientific novelty of the study: the continuous professional development of a biology teacher in a digital educational environment and the possibilities of carrying out educational activities (mobility of teaching, design of an individual educational environment, development and application of digital educational resources) are determined on the basis of targeted optimization of interactive teaching models;
professional–methodical training of a biology teacher in a digital educational environment as a new type of pedagogical activity: the use of interactive information educational resources, ensuring personal-professional development in independent educational conditions, improved on the basis of adaptive orientation of operational diagnostics of the on-line and off-line mode on the basis of special digital tools that control the educational process;
in the digital educational environment, the organizational and didactic model, which combines the structural components of the professional–methodological training of a biology teacher (diagnostic-analysis, values, organizational, forecasting, result), is improved on the basis of prioritizing the parameters of professional creativity;
proposals and recommendations on improving the criteria, indicators and levels of preparation for the development of professional–methodical training in the digital educational environment of a biology teacher (subject to the development of a system of tasks for lesson Development, Assignments, presentations, videodars, methods of solving issues and exercises, Organization of webinars, independent professional development) were developed.
