14. Reduced initial capture bonus of Oil Derrick and Oil Derrick XL from
1000 and 2000 to 500 and 1000 respectively.
15. Reduced cost of Capture Upgrade from 1000 to 500.

Balance:
Russia:
1. Increased HP for BTR-90 from 250 to 400.
2. Increased rocket speed of Smerch from 175 to 300. Increased the
amount of rockets fired from Barrage Ability from 6 to 12. Reduced
delay between shots for Barrage Ability from 0.6 to 0.3 seconds.
Increased pre-attack delay for Barrage Ability from 0.6 seconds to 1.2
seconds.
3. Russian Supply Trucks collect 225$ instead of 300$, but at higher
rate. Reduced mobility by 25%. Increased HP from 350 to 750.

USA:
1. Increased HP for Humvee from 250 to 400.
2. ADATS Missile System no longer can attack infantry. Reduced
damage against structures by 20%. Increased power consumption
from 3 to 4.
3. Reduced Supply Center cost from 2000 to 1600.
Note: Now all factions need to invest 2500$ in fully working supply (2
Supply Trucks for Russia, 3 Supply Trucks for China, 6 Workers for
GLA, 2 Chinooks or Supply Trucks for USA).
4. Reduced mobility for USA Supply Trucks by 50%. Increased HP from
800 to 1000.
GLA:
9. Booby Trap Attack ability has been moved from the Rebel to the
Terrorist. Ability no longer requires any upgrade, and it’s cooldown has
been reduced from 7.5 seconds to 3 seconds.
10. GLA Aircraft now benefit from Junk Repair Upgrade.
11. Increased HP of T-72 from 625 to 825. Speed reduced from 42 to 30.
12. Increased speed of T-55 from 34 to 45.
13. GPS Scrambler changes:
a. GPS Scrambler affects all units and structures of all factions.
b. Super Heavy Artillery and Super Weapon-like units (Kurier,
Shaheen, DF-21, Topol-M, etc) reveal themselves when
moving during GPS Scrambler effect.
c. Increased stealth enable/disable delay from 1s to 2s.
14. Removed Camo Netting upgrade from GLA Structures for Rapid
Attack Forces subfaction.
15. Added an option to build a group of 5 workers in Supply Stash. It takes
30 seconds instead of 50 seconds that would normally be spent on the
respectable amount of Workers.
16. All GLA infantry get stealth after Rapid Attack Forces selected.
Terrorists and Angry Mob lose stealth ability when moving. Added
Hold Fire option for Rebels, RPG Troopers and Stinger Soldiers.
17. Suicide ability for GLA infantry has been cut.
18. Increased resistance of Viral Tank against infantry rockets from 30% to
20% damage taken.
19. Bomb Trucks can now disguise as Ferries and Aircraft Carriers.

20. Increased damage of Pion.
China:
1. Increased HP for Troop Crawler from 250 to 400.
2. Smoke Fields no longer create ECM effect to deflect missiles.
3. Dragon Tank’s flamethrower range increased from 90 to 120. Normal
attack damage increased from 9 to 18. Black Napalm Upgrade
increases damage from normal attack from 18 to 36, increases range
of normal attack from 120 to 160, increases the size of the flame wall
and increases the damage dealt by flame wall from 5 to 10.. Cost
reduced from 900 to 700. Build time reduced from 25s to 16s.
4. Increased blast radius of Neutron Bomb from 135 to 170.
5. Increased attack range of Mortar Soldier from 265 to 300. Minimum
attack range reduced from 115 to 100. Phosphorus Shells grant a 25%
damage bonus instead of 12%.
6. Reduced cost of Supply Center from 2000 to 1800.
7. Supply Trucks are now built in pairs from Supply Center. This pair
costs 700$. Re-balanced collecting amounts - now Supply Trucks
collect 150$, but they collect faster than before. Mobility increased.
