Answer:
In my opinion, graduates are more keen on doing their best as it is their first professional experience. As well as there is a high tendency of competition between applicants that also triggers them to do their best. These qualities can not be found on the people recruited outside. Nevertheless, the disadvantages of recruiting graduates can be observed on their lack of experience in practice, long time for training them.
