Question 8: Auto responsibility insurance
Auto responsibility insurance helps you to pay for another person`s property damage or health injury if you are at fault. The indemnity is directed to health or life of that another person and technical expenses(65% and 35% respectively). The report about traffic accident is optional and it is done by drivers. They need to prove this by fact.
There are a number of types of transport that we cannot make an insurance:

When you buy a car you need to make an insurance in 10 days according to regulation by The Cabinet of Ministers. Usually mandatory insurance contract is made for 1 year, whereas for foreign transports it is for at least 15 days.
Annual base rate for different vehicle owners is accordingly like this:
