An organization is a social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to pursue collective goals.
Tashkilot – umumiy maqsadni ko`zlagan insonlarning sotsial birlashmasi. A business concept that looks perfect on paper may prove imperfect in the real world. 01 Why? Sometimes failure is due to the internal environment such as company`s finances, personnel or equipment.
Internal Environment Sometimes it`s the environment surrounding the company.
External Environment Knowing how internal and external environmental factors affect your company can help your business thrive.
External Environment 02 02 01 Task Environment Consists of factors that directly affect and are affected by the organization`s operations. These factors can include suppliers, customers, competitors, regulators and so on.
General Environment Consists of factors that may have an immediate direct effect on operations and influences the activities of the firm. The dimensions of the general environment are broad and non-specific whereas the dimensions of the task environment are composed of the specific organization.
External Environment of Organisation In a simple way factor of organization are the elements of the external environment. The organization has no control over how the external environment elements will shape up.
The external environment can be subdivided into 2 layers: 01 Economic Dimention The overall status of the economic system in which company operates. Important economic factors: inflation, interest rates and unemployment.
02 Technological Dimention Investment decision must be accurate in new technologies and they must be adaptable to them.
03 Socio-cultural Dimention Consists of customs, values, demographic characteristics of the society in which the organization operates. Standart and necessity of product and services.
04 Political-legal Dimention Refers to legal and political situation of the country and government law of business
General Environment Dimentions 05 International Dimention Refers to the degree to which an organization is involved in or affected by businesses in other countries.
Task Environment – consists of factors that directly affect the operation
Competitors
Policies of the organization are often influenced by competitors. Competitive market place companies are always trying to stay and go further ahead of the competitors. The positive effect of this is that the customers always have choices and the overall quality of the product goes high.
2. Customers “Satisfaction of Customer”- the primary goal of every organization. Managers should pay close attention to the customer`s dimension of the task environment because its customers purchase that keeps a company alive and sound.
3. Suppliers They are providers of the product and materials. Dealing with them is an important part of the management. A good relationship between the organization and the suppliers is important to keep a steady follow of quality input materials.
4. Regulators They are the units that have the authority to control, regulate or influence and organization`s policies and practices.
5. Strategic Partners They are the organizations and individuals with whom the organization is to an agreement and understanding for the benefit of the company.
Internal Environment 03 Owners They can be individual or group of people who started the company or who bought the shares in the share market
Employees Most important part of the organization who performs tasks
The board of directors Governing body of the company who are responsible for overseeing top managers for the company
Collective behavior of members of an organization and the values, beliefs, habits that they attach to their actions
Culture Internal Environment of the Organisation – forces, conditions or surroundings within the organization Thank you for appreciation
