In this picture we can see the banking relationship. Here the citizen is getting a loan from a bank and the bank clerk wrote him a cheque to get a citizen loan. A cheque issued by a bank employee is an negotiable instrument. The bank employee also introduced the client’s exclusive rights. Cashier said that maturity of principal documents date was ended. To make a new agreement client need to payee the cost. For that they are making a new agreement. Agreement maker giving cheque which include the sum of the payment. Client will transfer money from his account to bank account.
